Our people

Our CEO, Governance consultant and two senior managers make up our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and work together to provide leadership and direction. Our Operational Management Team (OMT) is both strategic and functional. Each of its members has responsibility for an aspect of DATUS and works collegiately with their staff teams to ensure that we deliver our services, develop as planned and achieve our vision.

James (Jamie) is our Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of DATUS.

John is our Head of Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition to being a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist he has had a 20+ year career as a third sector leader and management consultant.
